We’ve drafted these Terms of Service (which we call the “terms”) to outline the rules that apply when you use any of NikolaTec’s products or services (referred to collectively as the "services"). While we’ve aimed to keep the language straightforward, some parts may still read like a traditional contract because these terms form a legally binding agreement between you and NikolaTec.

By using the services, you agree to these terms, which are presented to you (i) when you first use our services and (ii) when we make material changes. If you don’t accept these terms, please refrain from using the services.

1. Who Can Use the Services

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use the services. Additionally, you must be old enough to consent to the processing of your data in your country.
• By using the services, you confirm that you can form a legally binding contract with NikolaTec and that you will comply with these terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

To access our services, you need to create an account. Here’s what you should know:

• Username and Profile: When creating an account, you will choose a username, which is visible to other users. You can also upload a profile picture to personalize your profile. Keep in mind that certain elements of your profile may be visible to others within the NikolaTec community.
• Email Verification: You will need a valid email address to create an account. We’ll verify your email with a confirmation code to help ensure the security of your account.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. If you notice any unauthorized use or suspicious activity, notify us immediately at support@nikolatec.com so we can assist.

3. User Content and Creations

At NikolaTec, we empower you to create and share your work, whether it’s 3D models, designs, or entire virtual environments. Here’s how we handle your creations:

• Your Creations: Anything you create using NikolaTec’s services remains your intellectual property, but by using the services, you grant NikolaTec a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and share your work within the platform.
• Sharing: By default, your creations may be visible to the NikolaTec community. You can choose to keep certain projects private if you prefer.
• Prohibited Content: You may not upload or create content that is illegal, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate. This includes content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. If you encounter such content, please report it to support@nikolatec.com.

4. Rights We Grant You

NikolaTec grants you a personal, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the services for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these terms.

• Software Updates: NikolaTec may automatically update the software to improve performance or add new features. By using the services, you agree to these updates, which may occur without additional notice.
• Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse engineer any part of our services, nor attempt to extract the source code from our software, unless such actions are permitted by law or you have written permission from us.
